We use the same techniques as our laminate counters to make a line of Corian like solid surface tops. Our white-lite counters withstand a 500° degree pan being placed on it and is vastly more scratch resistant than acrylic tops. We typically undermount one of our kitchen sinks in a seamless fashion to complete the look. The effect is a beautiful durable designer top and sink that is lightweight and will not break or crack due to bumps in the road or freezing and thawing in the winter.
For those wanting a small luxurious table for a sofa or chair we have a line of light weight solid surface tables made of acrylic in any shape or size to fit their application. Some swing out and others have the standard table mount. All have the additional hidden metal for screw retention.
