Product Returns

Our policy for returning products purchased through our website…

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or receive the wrong product:

• We will cover the shipping cost of returning the damaged/defective/incorrect product to us
• We will send a replacement of the same product to you and cover the shipping cost

If you order an incorrect product, or decide you don’t like the product, and want to return it:

• You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping
• There will be a 15% restocking fee, refunded once the product is returned to us and we inspect it

If you order a product and want to exchange it:

• You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping
• You will be required to cover the cost of shipping the replacement product
• We will determine the difference in prices of the products, and either isue credit or require additional payment depending on the difference in pricing
